|The lines for Black Friday started early this morning and seem to be getting longer every year. According to the National Retail Federation, Americans are expected to spend an average of $738 on gifts this holiday, up 4 percent from last year. Gift expert Janna Robinson is the host of DIY Network's Hollywood Hi-Tech.|
She says musical gadgets make great gifts for kids and teens these days like the Bluetooth Jawbone Jambox and fancy headphones.
Robinson says a great gift for the entire family is Sonos which is an awesome wireless multi-room expandable music system that you can control from your wireless devices. She says guys are all about the Go Pro Hero 3.
So what about mom and dad?
"Belkin has a chef stand and stylus for tablets," Robinson says. "Also a big product is the Vida Mix which is a super high performance blender...kinda like the Ferrari of blenders.
Robinson says the trend this year is all about staying mobile, connected and productive so lots of shoppers will be after tablets, laptops and phones.
