A Bossier Parish Air Force veteran is behind bars, accused of raping and sexually exploiting young boys in his foster care. Lt. Bill Davis with Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office says 51-year-old Terral Parfait was arrested after one of his victims came forward.

An anonymous clown threat in Bossier parish led to the arrest of a 14-year-old girl. Lt. Bill Davis with the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office says the teenager made an online threat against her school.

A Shreveport woman is wanted by police for making false accusations that a father molested his 5-month-old daughter. Lt. Bill Davis with the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Carrie Rivers was a babysitter for the family of the infant and when her services were no longer needed, she made up this story to make the parents mad. He says this allegation created major problems.

A Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Deputy left his job with the Medium-Security Facility to play professional minor league baseball after discovering he can throw a 91 mile-per-hour-fast ball. 26-year-old Randy Zeigler was a pitcher for LSU and caught the eye of a Chicago White Sox scout. Zeigler says he’ll be playing for the Lincoln Nebraska Saltdogs.

Haughton woman arrested for abusing wheelchair bound mom

A Haughton woman has been arrested for abusing her 72-year-old wheel chair bound mother. Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Spokesperson, Lt. Bill Davis, says 43-year-old Belinda Roberts was a caregiver for her mother and abused her in various ways because her mother refused to give Belinda her prescription medicine.

The Bossier Parish Sheriff's office says they are pleased to announce that after 34 years "Bossier Doe" now has an identity. Sgt. Dave Faulk says in January 1981 hunters found a partially decomposed body of an unknown white female who had been murdered and left in the woods. He says all these years they didn't know who she was or where she came from.

The Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested the father and step-mother of the 11-year-old boy who ran away from home in Plain Dealing on charges of child abuse, neglect, and drug charges.  Lt. Bill Davis says the search for the boy began Tuesday evening and no one could find him.

BPSO: Wife in jail for conspiring to kill husband with another man

The Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office says a woman is under arrest for conspiring to kill her husband with another man. Lt. Bill Davis says the alleged plan was to have 43-year-old Patrick Pierce break into the couple's home in Haughton while they were sleeping, murder the husband then tie up the wife to make it look like a home invasion.

Charred remains found near Minden confirmed to belong to missing Bossier City Woman

Bossier Parish Sheriff Julian Whittington says the charred remains found in Webster Parish are those of 46-year-old Annie Bond, who was reported missing last Thursday. Her estranged husband, 53-year-old Robbie Bond, has been charged in her murder. Whittington says a forensic expert at LSU was able to make the positive identification.

Authorities still looking for missing Bossier City woman

The search continues for a Bossier City woman whom investigators believe was killed by her husband last week. Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. Bill Davis says since the suspect was found in southern Mississippi, they have a lot of territory to cover in the search for Annie Bond.
