Voters set for historic unanimous jury decision

Amendment number two on the November ballot is getting nationwide attention, with over two million dollars pumped into the state to convince voters to support requiring unanimous jury decisions in felony trials. President of the Public Affairs Research Council, Robert Travis Scott, says the amendment will have huge legal ramifications if approved.

Political Analyst looks back at regular session

The regular session is coming to a close with a special session set for Tuesday. The session was marked by partisan gridlock, but a notable piece of legislation to pass was a bill allowing riverboats to expand on land. Political Analyst Bernie Pinsonant says the chances of any further gaming legislation making headway next year is slim.
