“From Happy’s Irish Pub, he hasn’t been seen since. He didn’t show up for his business meeting. The client contacted the hotel to see if they could do a wellness check on him. Tried to make entry into the room; the bed had never been slept in,” said Harvey.
Millard was in town for a business meeting and attended an LSU basketball game with a client. Harvey says while Millard’s personal items have been found; their organization will be in town today combing the area.
“His phone has been found in one location. There have been multiple charges on his debit card. Tim Miller, our Founder and Director, of EquuSearch, he’ll meet with law enforcement,” said Harvey.
Harvey says the video shows an individual using Millard’s debit cards at the Greyhound bus station in Baton Rouge.
“From what I understand it was a black male on the one surveillance that was using the debit card. What has happened in between? There’s just nothing. He just literally vanished,” said Harvey.
