Authorities say a Baton Rouge woman arrested for killing her boyfriend over the weekend has also confessed to killing an ex-boyfriend in 2021. On Saturday, Baton Rouge Police detectives began investigating the shooting death of 34-year-old Christopher Holden, who was found dead in a park. Sergeant L’Jean McKneely says they determined 42-year-old Janice Frazer killed Holden and then learned she was involved in another homicide…
“She’s been booked in parish prison and charged with two separate accounts of second-degree murder.”
Frazier has been charged with second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon for allegedly killing her 29-year-old boyfriend Emanie Anderson Jr. on Hyacinth Avenue. McKneely says there wasn’t enough evidence to charge Frazier in 2021…
“Upon bringing her in for an interview, she admitted to shooting Mr. Anderson.”
McKneely says both murders are a result of domestic violence…
“Domestic violence is real. There are nonprofit organizations that you could partake in that would offer you some assistance. You could get involved without being involved.”
